Q1. What is needed for a comprehensive PCB and PCBA quotation?
A: For PCB, please provide the Quantity, Gerber file, and detailed Technic requirements including material, surface finish treatment, copper thickness, and board thickness.
For PCBA, we require PCB information, a Bill of Materials (BOM), and any relevant Testing documents.
Q2. What file formats do you accept for PCB and PCBA production?
A: We accept the Gerber file format: CAM350 RS274X.
For PCB files, we accommodate Protel 99SE and P-CAD 2001 PCB formats.
For BOM, we can work with Excel, as well as PDF, Word, and Txt files.
Q3. Are my files safe and secure?
A: Absolutely! Your files are kept under stringent safety and security protocols. We ensure the utmost protection of our clients' intellectual property throughout our processes and never share documents with any third parties.
Q4. Is there a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: At POE, we have no MOQ. Our flexibility allows us to manage both small and large production volumes efficiently.
